BG this morning at 7:47am was 119. I did take 0.5 of an amaryl last night before bed. I was one bottle short on my water yesterday. And my goal is to get my BG down to 110 or below on a regular basis. I'm going back to being OCD about this. I seemed to have done better with it, when I was OCD about it. Because when I allow myself to believe it's ok to be in the 120s or 130s, then I don't pay as much attention to what I'm eating and drinking. The hardest thing is kicking my coca-cola habit. I wish they would come back out with their C2 variety again, but instead they believe it's better to have several varieties of their Coke Zero, which is the same blasted thing as their Diet Coke. The ingredients are the same..mirror images. Feh!
