New year, new possibilities, going back to DIET DOCTORS weekly menus, so easy and works, so well for me. When am I going to learn bread rolls etc hurt my bowels. I eat, I run. I need to suffer obviously to learn. Slowly realising, to layoff that food. Note to self, you like the food on the menu, so just go along and be happy, as it makes your body feel better and brings your inflammation right down. Love yourself this year and be gentle kind and patient, after all you are only human. Fall down, get up that's true success.
