I don't understand... I've been exercising, eating healthy and really working on managing my stress but it seems like nothings working. I can't do fasting as I have VERY low blood pressure. I don't know what else to do...

How many calories do you eat per day? It might be too little or it can be slightly over. Maybe you have insulin resistance and that can take time to heal before you see the scale start moving. It can be many things. Unfortunately I don’t know your medical history or your food intake to give you advice on what might be the problem. It could even be from over exercising without enough recovery. Hopefully you can pinpoint the problem.

Watch on youtube The war against sugar. You will be supprised that a small tub of yoghurt contains up to 3 tspns of sugar. All over the place is hidden sugar. Also if you can... go see a diatrition.
