I am in total shock. All of the holiday weight is gone, and I am even 2.4 lower than my pre-Christmas weigh in! I am just chug chugging along!
But in all seriousness, I have not had a great week, so this is doubly surprising. I have broken my fast early twice because I was just "starving" and couldn't wait anymore. I have definitely eaten more this week (again due to excess of hunger), though all food on plan. My mom told me this week that my figure is coming back (yay!), but I've just felt super bloated. I was getting on the scale and just hoping it was less than last week. I was surely not expecting to be back to pre-holiday! It's a good day! 😘
