Everything o.k this morning. Didn't get ot walk but .7 of a mile because it started to rain but did other excercises. Stayed busy cleaning the house big time.Had to go to teh funeral home but then we went to eat at Applebees.I didn't eat a burger, but ate a fiesta chicken rollup. I thought that was a good chose but then it came with frys and well, I ate them, not all but 3/4 of them. I was hungry. My calorie intake isn't too bad. Dread the weigh inn in the morning though.
