Admire your frankness and perseverance. Just loaded this app and wondering how effective it’s going to be? Of course that will depend on me. My thinking right now is “one day at a time”.

So tired of the yo yo weight thing. I agree. This is the year! See the app has proportioned carbs 50% fat 30% and protein 20%. Any ideas on this?

I am new on this App and still working it out, but I figure that the App decides for your age and weight what your carb intake etc should be... I know too much concentrated protein stuffs up your kidneys, but too much carbs makes you fat... cant win hey

Deside which diet you want to follow. Keto, Paleo, Medeteranian, Vegan ext. Then set your macros acording to your diet plan. Most of us eat far less than the app calculates.

You should also check out Intermittent Fasting. Excersize is great. One day at a time excelent. Make a life long change to how, when and what you eat. It takes trail and error to get the best diet to reach your goals and keep the weight off. My biggest enemy is beer. I love the stufc.

Honey2Bee am interested in the IF. Will check it out. What is your take though and how do you do it? Today I wasn’t hungry this morning so skipped breakfast, did what I had to, went to gym at midday and then ate at about two. Dinner to follow.
