Was a nice break since October 2019. What is clear is that I’m not ready to eat without tracking. All very clear is that albeit the fact ive managed my eating habits for 12 months, stress still plays a factor in my obesity and unhealthy lifestyle.

A couple of weeks ago i set today as my new start date and the mind is right and I’m ready for the next part of my journey.

9 kg gain in 2 and a bit months. I believe the first 4 kgs will be gone in a week with 5 by end of January.

Then we start where I left off.

Ugh, same here. Im afraid to face the scale - i know i have gained over the season. Just started to feel normal again. Now already some of the health problems associated with weight is setting in again- heartburn etc

That is the ONLY thing that works for me... LOGGING WHAT I CONSUME! I have found that I use food for comfort as well. When stress gets too much, then I buy a chocolate or 2, a box of cookies and a coke to wash it down with. There is NO form of real nutritional food in my life. I drink coke and eat junk. :( Eliminating stress from my life by eliminating toxic people!!!! Going to try and get a balance between work & fun, because all I do is WORK! WORK! WORK! Good luck Mike!!!!
