Back at it! Changed my macros to fat loss and the magic is happening. Once I get closer to goal I will changed to muscle gain with fat loss macros. My macros are adequate to not lose lean mass (muscle). I will reach my fat loss goal in 2020. 122 down so far!! Off to the gym!! My actual weight is lower than this but I put in a little cushion. HAPPY New year!!🎆💪🏼🍑🎆
