A drop! I was worried about a gain due to eating the way I did during Christmas... well, nope! I actually seem to have pretty good weigh-ins after having a couple of high calorie days here and there. Maybe it keeps the metabolism guessing? Either way, no complaints! This makes 42 lbs lost in 3 months 😃😃😃
