NET Carb counts: Mon=19.96 Tues=20.92 Wed=15.23 Thurs=19.86 Fri=24.30 Sat=20.15 Sun=19.8 (planned menu, I'll update if changes)
Weekly challenge accomplishments: Lost poundage but probably because of the dental work, I'LL TAKE IT THOUGH! Lost .5 off the waist (my pet peeve spot) have been more active and feel pretty good! Even my mouth doesn't hurt as bad as predicted and haven't had to take the pain killers much so I've been able to get more done. Overall I'm happy with the week. Next Challenge...to take advantage of the abrupt loss and not let it go up much!! (please include all your personal challenge accomplishments, example:"week2 reviewed 3 recipes"
