I have got beyond being stressed, bit annoying I am at same place i was a year ago but it is what it is I have been told I do need to lose weight for medical reasons, I find it so difficult not to eat crap easy quick food, I struggle to stand for lengths of time so standing cooking isn’t likely to happen, I need to find quick easy food that isn’t junk and carbs, may get somewhere then 😂

it's not about being "slim" it's about being happy/healthy. focus on the mini goals like staying hydrated or having your 5 a day everyday and go from there xx
