Yaaay. This week I had a cold, and while I have been doing my workouts and resisting the temptation to eat english muffins and other breads, I have also spent a great deal of time in my pajamas and feeling like a lump. So frumpy have I been that I did not believe I would be successful this week, and I certainly have not felt slimmer. But apparently it was all in my head! 💪
