I'm glad I didn't gain any more then that. Today will be better. I have a salad with tuna planned for lunch. Probably won't do any excercising because I started to get a cramp in my upper thigh at dinner. Giving my self a break. I don't want to do any damage. Bodies need breaks. "Evening" Having a hard time wanting dotitos, pancakes, waffles etcc or something I don't need. Hope tomorrow will be good
