I did go to the gym last night even though I was sore af. I figured I could keep the weights low and just try to loosen up. I did that for some of it, but I also took advantage of out time and did some lighter DL since I haven’t done many lately with a real bar (just KB). Felt pretty good and it’s what my mood needed.
Not tracking today because I’m not going to worry if I had 3 or 6 oz of turkey etc...
