1.5 pounds is good! However, I feel like I lost more, probably because I lost inches. I haven't been eating enough or regularly, so my metabolism is likely not as fast as it could be. I just don't get hungry as much as I used to and I find eating interrupts my activities during the day. I eat 2 meals a day, which ends up being about 1000 calories. I know it's not enough. I'll have to work on that.
Otherwise, I'm pleased that I lost weight. I exercised last night, which was my first time in 3-4 weeks. I'm hoping I get back to exercising regularly again. I've been getting up early lately, so I have more time to be active. I've been keeping up with the housework. I feel great about everything!
