Since my last weigh in--I sold my house, packed it up, retired, bought a house and moved from NJ to FLA. I'm still unpacking but finally found my scale and getting back into a routine. I'm not gonna beat myself up too bad over a small weight gain. Also alot of the foods I ate in Jersey--they dont sell here, so I'm relearning my shopping. But I dont miss the cold!!!
