Going down even though I started the Progesterone last night... hope it continues... I really wanna try working out today but am scared to cuz the last couple of times I tried I ended up having to use my inhaler. I hate being sick!

The Progesterone won't hurt ur efforts. I take mine daily with no prob with losing weight on any diet. As for the inhaler, the more u exe the better u will be able to manage ur asthma. I have had it almost all my life and the more active I became the better I felt. I haven't had to use my inhaler or advair (sp?)since I had bronchitis. I haven't had to use it for exe since my body got use to it. I just had to learn how far to push myself before I have an attack. Now, I'm training for my half-marathon...go figure.

Yeah the last time I got sick, last fall, the doc told me I had Asthma... I only have trouble with wheezing and breathing when I'm sick with a chest cold which ALWAYS goes into Bronchitis or Pneumonia... I got a Pneumonia shot this last year though and so far no Pneumonia! I am always at 100% oxygen when I'm not sick. A half marathon is AWESOME!!! I hate running would much rather swim and lift weights and bicycle LOL.

Let your body heal before you worry about the exercise. Or maybe just take a walk.

I am a sad person that never learned to swim b/c each time I would go to the pool growing up I would get swimmer's ear. So, eventually my mother me from getting in the pool and I never learned:(
