I decided that Im going to relax a little, but not free for all it (although Ill be in Chicago tonight and tomorrow for work and Im not even going to pretend to deny Giordanos pizza!). I've been kinda slacking about going to the gym (not really, theres been legit reasons I havent gone but still - I haven't gone) so Im looking forward to stepping that up. Unfortunately, since Ill be out of town tonight, Ill miss my fave Tuesday night workout - again. Hopefully Ill be back home in time to make it tomorrow. Im bringing workout clothes so if I have time, Ill hit the gym at the hotel.

Also, is it weird that Ive been craving milk lately? Like, I just want a super cold glass of milk... all the time. Im not even a milk person. And yes, Ive had the milk and I still want more. So bizarre.

Sometimes, I crave specific foods, because my body is wanting something in it, a particular vitamin, mineral, or a specific macro content. You are consistent with loss, nice work.
