yay , finally under 105kg! a friend and i did the miss messy obstacle course at route 44 in stellenbosch on sunday , was so much fun! The only problem is the amount of food we had to eat after :( that silly way of thinking that when you have exercised you can cheat and that calories somehow dont count anymore...

Did the parkrun (walked) on saturday and went to gym to , but i know that i over ate and that the scale will not be forgiving so im gonna get back into gear and eat right because i need this to work , its not about wanting to be skinny , its about trying my best to be healthy :)

I must say i am quite proud of myself , i didnt stop once on the parkrun or the obstacle course , i even jogged a little , granted i can only jog for 1 minute at a time , its still a win in my eyes :)
