My fun detour with discovering donuts with chocolate topping, fridge cold Kit-Kay, next-day cold KFC, thick base Pizza Hut pizza, home made bread and unlimited rum-and-raisin ice cream ended on Monday. Today is day two of back in the Keto wagon and so far so good! BUT I am learning Keto pizza recipes, am getting an ice cream maker for Keto ice cream, a donut pan to make Keto donuts and Keto friendly food-crust options. I’m looking forward to this more relaxed approach to Keto.
