Feeling amazing seeing the scales go down, I've been building a shelf I bought recently so that really gave me a workout besides Zumba/Weight Training also got the results of my blood tests, kidney/thyroid levels are normal, thankfully I don't have diabetes but they said my count was 42 and a diabetic has 48+ so I was told I'm close to getting it, I was also told I have a lot of white blood cells which is normally when you have a viral/bacterial infection hmm not sure why, cutting the carbs has made me feel great, this was an eye opener for me, going to add protein shakes in my plan and I will be buying PHD Belgium Chocolate Diet Whey - 1KG for £20 from Argos, good value for money and a must have after every workout. I hope I reach my goal weight one day 💙 hard work but worth it 👍🏻
