Feeling sore today , managed to do the 8km legend runner obstacle course yesterday in paarl with a few friends , was great fun , but my thighs are hurting in front from all the uphill lol
I have been trying to keep healthy , had a cheat day yesterday with a steers burger and chips , but also at least trying to keep the portions smaller than what i normally would
I will be under 100kg by the end of the year , all i need to do now is focus on making time to get to the gym and making meals in advance so that the effort of making food after a long day at work doesnt result in bad habits returning
Also eating a whole cucumber everyday becaoming routine is delicious with salt and pepper
