Sounds like your incorporating fasting which is good. Are you doing a Ketogenic diet along with it? If so, intermittent fasting has been incredibly effective for me. I eat once every 24 hours along with the carnivore diet. It’s been the most effective and I feel MUCH better than when eating veggies with the keto allowance of 20g carbs or less. I basically do no carbs. I know it sounds hard or extreme, but after a day or two of it, it’s a night and day difference. I feel much better. Keep in mind I have MS and I take corticosteroids daily which increases insulin resistance significantly yet I still lose weight and experience autophagy.
