I dared to weigh in today.....still kind of following diet, but can do much better. I seem to have lost my will to diet....but I'm hanging in here......I have really been cheating alot this past week, but there is always THIS week. Smacked the side of my car (rear back door) today! I made a silly mistake and should have been more careful. Seems I am letting a few things go these days. I have to focus better. Hope YOU are all doing well!

we all have bad days or several of them...its just a matter of refocusing and collecting your thoughts and gettin back into that healthy lifestyle mind set to the idea of eating right and exercising ...you can do this...believe in yourself!!!
