FFS, Finally hit my 50kgs lost goal. After a 60 day plateau i managed to push through to reach the goal.

Now looking forward to some more losses in the near future!

Whoop whoop!!! I'm on that plateau train now too. I think that my body hasn't been this weight for so many years, that as a survival tactic it's desperately trying to stay where it knows... that's why I don't really mind a plateau. it gives my body time to remember a new normal weight before kicking into a new category of weight loss.(btw- these thoughts not backed up by any sciency factoids, just the way I reason it with myself) also I'll take a plateau on my current weight any day over throwing in the towel and eating my feelings back up to where I was last year. Mike. you're rad. have a lekker weekend!

@yolies, thanks this one was a tough one. @Shereen, ive had 3 plateau’s on my journey and the previous one were sorted by raising my calories intake by 300. This one was a tough b@$tard, tried a couple of tricks but finally resorted to the big guns. I hope to push my calories back to 1900 over the next couple of weeks though as this was comfortable eating.

Thanks @Mike .. I've also been adjusting calorie intake in a hopes to budge it, but nothing as methodical as you have approached it. Definitely gonna take a page out of your book 👌🏼
