I've come back from my holiday, weighed 58.4 kg Saturday afternoon. Weighed today, I'm 59.4 kg. So one kg up, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty but then again I didn't make any effort to prevent this.

I feel like each month or week I want to start fresh and work hard at my new goals, I maintain this for about a week or so then fall right back into my bad habits, and let's not forget how weekends just seem to be filled with social events that include irresistible foods and drink.

So guess what? I'm here again going to start a New week right before the New month, and hope something in me can stick to it. I really need to drop a few kg before December just to make it easier for me in the New Year because I have a wedding coming up, My Own !!!!
