I’m in the same boat, sore throat, runny nose. But refusing to take a antihistamine. But taking strepsils and they have 2.5grams of sugar each... but I’ve been adding them to my calorie count, so it’s working out. Downing prospan cough mixture as well.

Doesn't seem fair lol. Problem is with a 500 calorie daily limit, doesn't give me much options

During the week my calorie count is that low but weekends it’s 2000cals each day. Then Monday I go back to 500. If you keep your calories that low for long. Your body will adapt and you would have to drop your calories even lower or just up your calories then drop them again like I’ve been doing just to give your metabolism a boost. An average of 1000cals a day is low. You work out your average by adding your weeks calories and divide it by 7. Just a suggestion. Do what works for you :)

It's the diet I'm on. As soon as I hit my goal weight I will go onto the stabilizing phase. Where it will go up to 1000 or 1500 a day. Clean food though. I'm hoping to hit in the next 4 to 6 weeks. Have not really been struggling at all. However, I miss cooking with butter hahaha

Butter definitely does add a huge amount of calories 😄 As long as you are finding it easier. Then it’s a win in my book. Wishing you all the success in your weight loss journey❣️
