I spent 3 weeks in Paris, France and Laupen Switzerland. I didn't follow my diet at all. I drank tons of wine and ate creme brulee until it was coming out my ears. I ate Bread, Brea Cheese and strong, strong coffee for breakfast every morning. I drank way too much whole milk and had awesome, cheesy French dinners almost every night. Then ate terribly delicious sausages while in Switzerland.
But, I walked and walked and walked. We were walking 5 - 7 hours a day. I hiked in the Alps (That was AWESOME! and difficult!) and swam in glacier fed rivers (Brrrrrr!) nearly every day were were in Switzerland.
I am so THRILLED to be down 5 pounds! from my last entry on FatSecret. Though I gained three pounds before I left and didn't record it, I actually lost 8 lbs. while I was on vacation. It doesn't get much better than that!
