I dont understand weight fluctuations. I was up yesterday and down today. I ate like an asshole yesterday because I had an IDGAF day, and stayed in my RDI the day before. Weighing daily was working for me, but maybe its not now. Im afraid that if I stop weighing daily, then I will also stop tracking. Im starting an aggressive fat loss program in a couple of weeks and I dont know if I will be weighing in daily for that, but if so, then I might start weighing weekly after. Or maybe Im just in a funk and in a few days all will be right again. 🤷‍♀️
