ok, no keto bread today. Relatively easy day and stayed Within the macros and calories. I need to get up and get my butt in gear and do some exercises. Sitting in a chair is not cutting it. you guys are all amazing. I appreciate being on this site I'm getting the encouragement. I hope I can encourage each of you as well.
