This week seems to be going better. I'm doing a 24 hour Fat Fast from dinner yesterday to dinner today in hopes of getting things cleaned up and back on track. I seem to already be back on track when I weighed this morning I have started dropping weight again. THANK GOODNESS!! Tomorrow I will be spending the day at the hospital with a family member who will be having heart surgery. I'm going to try to plan ahead today and make meals that are easy to take with me and will withstand being out of the fridge for an extended period of time (though it may be cold enough outside to not worry about that!!) Wondering if I should just do the fat fast again tomorrow. It might just be easier to not worry about eating anything at all!
