Back up............again. Was I healthy? Absolutely not. Did I cheat? More than once each day. I want to go back to the old me where eating healthy and exercising was fun for me not a chore. I don't like being over weight and lazy, yet I'm struggling to shake it off. I'm getting married next year and I really want to shake some weight now already not just because I know December holidays are coming and I'm probably going to gain some weight. But I want to lose some weight because I want to build a good routine with healthy habits so that I don't make a drastic change (Extreme diets) but a continuous one that I know of be able to stick to even after the wedding. I have a crazy busy week ahead of me but also a New month and New opportunity to rebuild myself and my future. I can do this, I've done it before....what's stopping me now?
