Overall I am ok with gaining 1.5 pounds this week. Last week's loss was much better than anticipated and although I had many moments of self control - chips and pizza were every where I went this week and I never caved, I did go out to eat twice. Saturday night was a girls night with my sister - a night I had been counting down to since it was my night to return to sanity as my husband finally returned from Brazil and I got to get away from the kids for the first time in 3 months (I don't know how single Mom's do it!!). So I had 2 glasses of wine and a crabby pretzel (hot pretzel filled with drab dip and cheese). Then my family and I went out for Sunday lunch, where meal wise I was good, but I did partake in the humongous dessert my husband and the kids ordered. Oh well, back to the work week and focus on loosing weight!
