Quite enjoying using the app and in 2 weeks gone from 102.9 kg to 101.1 kg so it does work. 😁

Without this app I don't think I would have succeeded. I've been in 'maintenance' for a long time but still using the app every day. So yes it does work. Well done on your drop 👍

The app is brilliant. I’m struggling this week, I think because last week I was naughty and had some sugary things my body is just continually craving especially carbs, I was really naughty and only put 2lb on over 9 days but I’m really paying the price, I just hope I can get my mind set back in the right place am dreading the scales on Sunday x

I love it too. I weigh on a Saturday so I hope I have lost some weight although I had a bad day on Wednesday. Well done on the weight loss.
