I guess that a couple of days of "clean living" on the SBD Phase I has helped to trim some of the extra weight showing on the scale last Monday. It was probably a lot of water (not to mention a bit of Sunday night's pig out on Indian food. It's nice to see the results, though, and I'm already feeling more in control of what I'm eating. I just need to stick with it, even as I'm beginning to crave cereal and craisins again (my staple breakfast for the last eight months). Good thing I love eggs!
