Its Friday!!!
Drum roll please: the scales have announced the long awaited drop: this morning the scales showed a new number--249-- 3 lbs this week!!!!

I am still amazed how walking 15 minutes in the am and then in the pm has finally become do-able. I CAN walk further than from the parking lot to my office!!!

Way to go! Keep it up and soon you will find that you can walk 30 minutes with no problem.

Well done you... fan feckin tastic. 35 lbs gone - that is just amazing! ( I love my two walks a day too - don't feel right without them anymore)

well now...you might be able to walk further than you thought, but just don't do what I did! DON'T GET LOST!! I put my head down and walk while I think!! Big mistake there! LOL
