stayed the same, but I also changed eating plans from fasting to 3 lower carb meals a day as my weight and inches were staying the same for months on end here...so time will tell what this will do...although the benefits of intermittent fasting made sooo much sense to me....but absolutely nothing was happening...and if anything I got flabbier, like my body was storing everything I ate and it probably was at 900 calories a day!
65.3 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.6 kg.    남은양: 4.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
