Wow, I made it to the gym yesterday. 90 min circuit and a 1 hour Zumba class. Again, this is only after going to the gym once last week after a 20 plus years break..and I went on my own..you know I did have my boss at work initially encourage me to go to the first Zumba class but it's like something finally clicked where I want to be there because I know I desperately need it. I'm having some health issues (fibroids and diverticulosis) both of which cause me to be bloated most days..but I'm still tracking weight pretty often to see if some foods are better than others. I found that I was able to clear my mind while at the gym yesterday. I had to ignore that I was pretty much the heaviest person there and just do it for me!

Im almost always am the heaviest in my Zumba classes. But Zumba is Fun & Liberating! I injured my lower back and had to take things easy the past couple of weeks. CONGRATS
