Feeling a little blue today. I think its a lot of hormones. I stayed on track all day until I got home. It was a long day and I was so tired and hungry when I got home - even though I ate at my meeting. Its over and its a new day. Tonight should be an earlier night and Im looking forward to getting in my garden and picking cucumbers. I also noticed that I have 3 fat tomatoes ready to pick.

When I am tired, I get hungrier. I think it is my body trying to find energy. Perhaps take a nap to recharge. Or, if you have other obligations and can't, I have a snack drawer in fridge and pantry so I can munch on low calorie items prior to dinner.

Looking at your diary though, you did pretty well for dinner it looks like. Yesterday, it looks like it was the chips at lunch that did you in. Perhaps try to cut in half. Gardening is a mood enhancer for me. Hopefully it is for you too. Feel better!
