I'm back to where I was a year ago. I haven't seen 190s in a little while - yea!! Still have a long way to go with no real plan on how to get there. Thought I'd be back walking by now, but nope! Still make a lot of bad food choices, but maybe I'm not eating as much as I used too. I don't take my work breaks, used to eat and drink junk then. Hmmmm. Whatever/ whyever I'm doing, I'm losing a little at a time and that's a good thing.
