When we envision success, postulate, and have super great intention, yet stay open to the possibility of success in any other form, that's what has happened!

Standard: CCD Diet = 5-7 pds Lost 3 days of Carb Deplete, then 5lbs gained in 3 day carb load, for a net 2lbs fat loss weekly. Great in theory, and while this is literally the 10th annual run on this diet in some form/variation or another for me - I have NEVER achieved this kind of success ---> That my BW remaining constant and BF% points going DOWN!

= BUILDING MUSCLE while BURING FAT for energy!!! Never did I expect this! Key Variations/Modifications (not in priority order);
1. Non GMO Foods
2. Focus on REAL FOODS vs Met-RX, Ideal Protein, Meal Replacements Etc.
3. ZERO Junk Foods and ZERO "Cheat Meals w/ Junk Food"
4. HIIT Cardio 20 Am 20 PM for the 3 CCD Days
5. Complete Conversion to Muscle Building WO's 3hrs on 2 Carb Load Days
6. TAKING a 1 DAY COMPLETE REST DAY OFF!
7. SLEEP 8 Hours daily (make up w/ naps where not possible)
8. Reduction in Pill Supplements opting for the real food counterparts
9. Balancing (keep balanced) my Electrolyte Stores
10. Pure Word Clearing/Awareness; Food effects on the Body's Hormones.
11. Spouted Grains, Rice Cakes, Greek Yogurt, Apple Cider Vinegar.
12. Using a Scale and Weighing my food.
13. Balancing my MACRO Ratio's PCF 50/25/25 CCD 35/50/15 Load days.
14. Positive Mental Attitude, Visualization and Belief
(stay anabolic avoid/eliminate mental cortisol production)
15. Cold Showers after every workout +
(Phelps Style Burning Calories always)
16. Ph Balanced Alkaline Water 1.5 to 2 Gallons p /day
17. Good Motivational Music

Anyone who says it (Winning BodyBuilding Championships) can't be done Naturally (w/out Drugs) needs more a) Commitment b) Education c) work Ethic and d) Discipline!!!

Anyone of those 20 Items makes an AMAZING Difference... Together the Synergy is AMAZING... The World really did end 12/21/12... At least for me it did... The Old Me Died and the NEW me is Alive and Vibrant!
