Hospitalized yesterday. Umbilical hernia and the like. Well its back to limited activity for while and simple meal plans. A couple months ago I would have thought heart attack or diebetes. Lol

Hope you get better soon mate. Sounds painful what you going through. But better it is not heart attack or diebetes lol. You on a healthy path keep at it

Thank you. The surgery went well. Should be able to drive in a couple days. No gym or carrying anything for 8 weeks. Only walking allowed. 🙈
