Still headed in the right direction, was concerned my little celebration might have had an impact on my weight loss. Finished my NQT year, started the summer holidays, thought that deserved chocolate. As far as rewards I think I'm a bit tough on myself, because when I think it's a disaster then add up calories I'm not over what I should be eating if not trying to lose weight, but it feels like a major disaster. I think I need to modify my diet a bit to stop thinking like that, don't believe that's overly healthy.
