I read on another of your posts that you had a very discouraging week, Melissa, and I’m sorry it was so rough for you. You’re right when you say to take things “one day at a time”, and it was a good reminder for me to remember this, too. The pound you gained will be gone in no time, and you are so much more than a number on a scale.
