Kind of bummed about the weight gain. Three straight days of losing weight only to have nullified by one day. Man. I think it's mostly muscle and water retention so tomorrow should be much better. Yesterday our workout was intense and I used a ton of muscles I've not used before. I feel great, so I shouldn't be down, but no one likes being betrayed by the scale.
