Feeling like I will never get to one-derland. Can't really complain too much, I have lost 31lbs since May.. but it hasn't been easy.. just trying to hang in there! Any words of encouragement/wisdom?

You've lost that weight very quickly so good for you 4tonjah. I'm sure you'll get into Onederland and never leave. I find that by eating three decent meals (protein, fats, carbs) and no snacking I lose weight slowly and keep it off. You do need to control your portions and pay attention to how many calories you're eating at each meal. I've cut out empty calories such as jam, sauces and alcohol and instead eat foods that are good for me. I walk every day and try to move more by gardening, using the stairs and cutting back on tv watching. I weigh myself every morning and track it on Fatsecret. That makes it easier to see the immediate effects of eating too much and then I get back on track. Don't give up.
