Same story as last week, one bad day. But I will still take it as an on track. Just need to work on my cravings that are troubling me for past 2 weeks. FOCUS!
93.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.6 kg.    남은양: 11.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

you're still going in the right direction though! I don't think one bad day every now and again will make that much difference overall!

Thanks Claire, just that it feels bad. After years I am seeing some weight loss and want to reach 80s as soon as possible 😅

Yeah, my weight loss send to have slowed down - after a good start, though I did have a few naughty days the other week - BBQ and pub! Sticking to my limit (ish) so it should get there eventually!
