Weight is still high.......I'm trying.......am not giving up! Although I am 155 todays, 2 weeks ago I was 157.....some improvement, but I have been lower in between. I don't seem to last at phase 1 - so I am doing phase 2 (fewer stomach problems because I take better to bread and carbs than I do too many veggies and fruit).

I'm lookin forward to a better 2 weeks.....

You're weigh 2 lbs. less than you did 2 weeks ago! That's great! You know you can do this so keep it going! :)

You are absolutely not giving up, that's out of the question! I had a significant jump over the past couple of days myself, we just have to deal with it. No big deal just regain our balance. I have noticed a lot of bad carbs coming into my diet (we are surrounded by bad food) lately, a re-visiting of Phase 1 would probably do me a lot of good.

You can do it! Hang in there. Sometimes it comes off more slowly than others. I can say this after having plateaued for a month early on. If necessary, step up the exercise to counter the additions to your diet and by all means eat what feels most comfortable eating! You're doing so well. I know you can do it.
