I have no idea what happened between last night and today that would make me jump up 2.6 pounds! I do know that it is frustrating though....
I know that my eating habits weren't the greatest last night, but it wasn't enough to even warrant a weight GAIN....I would have thought that at the very least, I would have stayed the same any way.
I guess I didn't drink enough water yesterday either and I definitely did have too many carbonated (even if they were sugar free) beverages yesterday. I am going to lay off the energy drinks today to see if that's where the problem is....
