I have yogurt, muesli or carb clever granola 40g, 75g banana, and 30g pitted dates for the sweetener

Checked the last 5 times i ate yogurt in the morning. 3 of which I lost weight, and two my weigh stayed the same. Lots of other factors like what were my macros on each day and if i ate something big for dinner. But this gives a broad spectrum answer to your question. Introduce the yogurt, twice a week and maybe in a smaller portion than i do, and test your results for 10 days. This is all about trial and error, cause what dieticians and others tell me, is sometimes not what my body is doing. So i try things, im not in a race to loose all my weight, and my tests help me to understand my body better for my future lifestyle, and armed with that first hand knowledge going forward there is no way im going to be fat again.

I love double cream plain yogurt I eat it also twice to 3 times a week 100g portions

Yes I drink a nutritech protein shake 168cal 8grams of carbs and 30grams of protein I mix it with water and ice

I eat a lot of double cream plain yoghurt, then some "sugary ones" such as Lancewood's double cream coconut and I think it is Clover double cream Hazelnut Bliss. I eat it for the fat content in the morning and have never found that it stops weight loss. In fact I am less hungry when I have full fat / double cream yoghurt.
